Non receipt of refund complaint against Lovey University, Jalandhar

I have paid Rs.10000/- online to LPU jalandar for admission of my daughter against Registration No.11712538. While registration they assured to refund Rs.8000/- if she don't get admission in the university. As she got admission in MBBS we applied for refund the amount. Four months have been lapsed but we have not yet received the refund.
