More price is taken than the actual and wrong entry of selling price in the cash memo

I went to this outlet to buy a tight pant. So this outlet is giving flat 40% on this outfit. The actual price is 3299 so after discount of 40% it should be 1319.60 and including 6% SGST and 6% CGST it should be 1319.60 + 106.04+ 106.04=1531.68 but they have taken 1979.40. So now the question is how they have taken this amount so when I went to ask this question they could not explain. On the other hand the amount that is entered in the cash memo is different i.e 3086.92. How can it be? So as a customer i want to know are they cheating in the name of discount or what. Its a request please take quick action on this and please I want my refund.
