Money not yet refunded since July 31 2020

It’s with the reference number or flight booking ID NF71142278596242. I tried booking flight to Kolkata from Ahmedabad via Delhi on July 31, the amount INR 12871.0 deducted but later the booking did not get confirmed so MakeMyTrip sent me refund initiation message on WhatsApp. I felt that I would receive money within 15-20 days but it’s now over 2 months now no money has been refunded to me.

It looks like they are being fraudulent to me and thus I’ve lodged my complaint to this site.

Please do something I don’t even have job now due to Covid-19, they have just ripped me off.

I hope this site would help me getting my money back.

    Jio fiber order cancellation and money not refunded. by Bikas Agrawal:

    I paid money for jio fiber connection on 17-9-2020. Sales team checked the fact that connection can be given easily. On 22nd of September my order was cancelled from their side without my consent. In the same building my brother got a jio fiber connection on the same day. I was informed through a mail that my refund will come back to my credit card within 10 days. I have not received it yet. Sales team did not provide any help.In Twitter they asked for my bank account details. I paid through credit card not from my bank account. Asking for bank account details is suspicious. Please do the needful for the refund.
