I have made a utility bill payment of 6504 using Paytm. Later i got a failed message from Paytm for the same and it was mentioned that the amount will be refunded. I used another payment option to do the same. On inquiring paytm is not taking the responsibility of failed message communication and not even responding me of the refund. They are now saying the transaction was successful. If it was successful then why they had sent me the failed message.Because of their miscommunication i have made double payment for the same bill.
