Fraud by Typing task and they force to pay money Rs.6000

Hi! I am Lugar Velho. I had seen a part time job during lockdown period and I got the job description through Olx. Typing Task, Nishant called me up and informed me that they are genuine company and they don't take any Registration charges. He informed me to give my Aadhar Card scanned copy and my digital signature through whatsapp. Nishant informed me it is a simple typing work of bank online 700 forms, per form Rs.35/-. We have to submit the 700 forms in 7 days and if we fail then everyday we had to pay Rs.1000 and a penalty amount of Rs.3999/- will be charged. The Accuracy was 90% and he informed us that we will receive the transfer with 4 days of the QC verification. I completed the 700 forms within 6 days and checked the correction too and submitted on the 6 days. I informed him that I have checked the work and submitted there is no correction from my side. After 4 days, Nishant Mobile No.+91 96670 25254 calls me up and informs that there is a mistake of 450 forms, please check. I checked all the 450 forms again and informed him by clicking a photo and telling him that there is no mistake / error, but he doesn't listen and tells me that there may be a spacebar error & he tells me that you have to pay the amount of Rs.3999/- as a penalty. I informed him that there is nothing wrong in my work and I completed the work before the time how will I pay as I am a middle class person. He gave me a threatening / alarming call and said that his Company will sue me now and file a case on me. I was so scared that I went on the Police Station and filed the F.I.R., the cops told me this is all fraud and you don't have to pay them any money. I have also received an email from "legalteam.tt@outlook.com" saying that they have my Aadhar Card that they will deteriorate my CIBIL rating. Next day I received a message saying that your legal case proceedings u/s.73,74 and 75 in the Indian Contract Act 1872, due to
violating the contract from mobile no. 9319545931. Today, again they sent me a message from the same mobile number saying that Your case has been Registered in Session Court of Surat (Gujarat). Your hearing date is on 03rd Jun 2020. Your reporting time is 11.35 AM at Room Number 602 B/O (Surat Court). Again I went at the Police Station showing this message because I was so scared but the Police Inspector inform me to inform them to come to Mumbai because an F.I.R. has been lodged against them. This is the way the Typing Task fraud guys are threatening us. We middle class people just haunt for a job for our livelihood because of this lockdown and these guys take advantage of a simple people. They are asking us presently Rs.6000 in an email for us. Please help me.
