I had all emi pay after my phone locked

I had a DMI personal loan (Loan account no :[DMI0005085278] 27 april 2020

I have mad all emi on time, and also
made the emi for this month by 27 april 2020 but emi had been deducted from my bank account,even after my phone locked , i am not sure as how they
I had contacted your customer support, they were busy on another call every time.


Such kind of pathetic service is not expected from a large bank. Please help to my phone unlock
