INR 57076 not refunded by PayTM even after 12 days . Air Tickets were not confirm

Payment Complaint Complaint Date: January 16, 2017
INR 57076 deducted during Flight Booking with order no 2522820208 and 2522790480 on 04/01/2017.
Bank denied ARN no or any Refund even after 12 daz.
I have contacted wid bank showing reference number (30001070057004154042207) they totally denied any refund on this no.
What to do.???
Need money but no solution from PayTm or Bank.
PayTM totally unable to refund my amount....
