Hospital is charging against giving the reports of the person which we have already paid.

My 2 year child got hospitalized in manipal hospital dwarka ,he has been investigated with many test by hospital, we have a star health insurance so we got the claim as per the norms ,than after discharge we have asked them to give us the reports of all the investigations done, they just said we can only give the copy of them as we need to keep in our records, but like colonoscopy & x ray that i wanted to get the original so they charged for it again, as we already paid for every single thing and we paid because my child was not get well so i have to visit other hospital ,other doctor ,they all asking for original report else i go through with all the test of my kid (x ray - harmful for little kid & colonoscopy - where the anesthesia given to child & it was painful) how would i do it all these again,or another option to pay them again for those test ,just to get the original.
