I Booked bua ticket from ujjain to ahmedabad of 1 April 2023 10:00pm , bus operator called in afternoon approx 2:00pm and said that because of technical issue bus is cancelled and assured that i will get total refund in 24 hours, which was 1,244₹ , but it's more than 5-6 days didn't get refund.
