Not discontinue service and not given refund

From 5 October the new connection of broadband of gtpl is taken by me .from that day every night the connection is lost and every day I complaining about that but no any serious action taken by them.so I complaint by email (appellateauthority.guj@gtpl.net) for discontinue my service but they said it's not possible. so I want to complaint agaist them and refund my money.i attached the pictures of complaints to gtpl and also share the pictures of mails.
