I have placed order to Swiggy on 7th August, 2022 and make the payment of Rs.257.40 and then Rs,.286/-. Hence, I have immediately contact SWIGY customer care on chatting and informed regarding this twice payment against one order, the swiggy customer care have informed me, please don't worry, you will get refund of twice payment done by you, but I have insist for knowing the amount to be refunded, but swigy person have not confirmed and in this process about 45 minutes have been passed and i have received one by one two delivery against my one order and have informed to Swigy person to return back one parcel, but have not listen and informed me, if any problem, please contact our customer care. Now, I have against contact Swigy Customer care and have informed me, once the order is delivered, we are unable to do anything. I have also lodged complaint
