FreeCharge not refunding amount

I had made a purchase from Snapdeal on Placed on 07 Feb, 2016 with Order ID: 11621142833.
Upon return, Snapdeal, refunded the amount to Freecharge on Tue Feb 16 2016.
My money had been since then stuck with Freecharge.
I did make a few purchases from that amount but the rest of the Rs. 3397 shows as credited to my bank account but I did not receive the amount till date.
I have followed up with bank as well, they confirmed no
initiation on amount.
I also raised a ticket Ticket # 3122673 with regular follow up, but my amount is still stuck!!
The only reply I get
"We apologies for the delay in resolving this issue.
We are still working on refunding the amount to your bank account.
We totally understand that this has been an inconvenience We deeply regret for the same. We are, however, constantly working with our internal team to resolve this for you.
We will update status in next 72 hours and we appreciate your patience."
Its been over a month of this harassment. Please help!
