on 13th Apr'17 in afternoon i had received a call from a person named karan (mob no.: 8348402874) who claimed to be working at paytm. He enquired about my complaint and my debit card no. and went on to ask my account my account balance. Being suspicious of the character, i had asked him to meet me in person at the Noida office of Paytm, upon reaching the office neither the guy was reachable over the phone nor was able to find a staff personnel named Karan at same office.
Please look into this issue with utmost importance as the above incident is a case where a an unknown individual was able to get hold of my personal details including the complaint that I had forwarded to the Paytm customer care team.
