I had paid Rs. 4469, to online
shopping site Amazon.in on 15/12/2016,
ORDER # 403-0372309-7636308

I had paid using my PNBDebit Card using online payment.

After 5 DAYS I had returned this particular Order & till now I have not got my refund.

Amazon.in said that they have generated the refund,

Amazon Customer Center also said me "I should visit bank and dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. At that time, they will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund."

From my Bank Home Branch- they said they can't do anything with this matter, They said to contact Amazon.in

Now i feel like cheated and don't know what to do
