I had placed a order of wireless headphone on 15-10-2016 which I didn't received so I called Amazon.in customer care after 15 days of my order and they informed me that they will send me the order with in 2-3 days so I keep on waiting till 15-11-2016 and in between time I called them so many time and they informed me that they will send the order and after one month they informed me that the order is not available with the seller so I told them to refund my money and they informed me that you will get the refund soon which till now I have not received regarding the same I called them so many time and they said we have already refunded the money in your account on 19-11-2016 and the reference no. given by them is (The refund details are: Authorization code for sale transaction 025124
Refund Reference # 74332746324632369333134)and said now you talk to your bank I called my bank twice and they informed me that they don't see any amount credit moreover there is no more request for such refund from Amazon.in so please kindly look into this matter. I am getting harassed by them there is not support from them.
