Dear sir,
I did shopping in brand factory mall bhubaneswar on 10-12-2016, i made payment of Rs.2100/- by mobikwik the amount was debited from my mobikwik account but the brand factory didn't get any rupees in their account. I complained in mobikwik on 21-12-2016 but didn't get any refund till yet please look in to this matter.
