I order one washing machine stand for 930/-rs from snapdeal on Aug 12, 2016 which i received on Aug 17, 2016. when i opened the order it was an incomplete order as there are only 3 wheels ideally there should be 4 wheels so i raised a request for order return and there courier guy picked the order on Aug 22, 2016.And after that they initiate the refund on Sep 3, 2016 but till now i haven't received my refund . I called and email them so many times but not one is giving satisfactory answer why my money is not refunded yet.
