Complaint about transferred from my bank account to INB One97 Communictions

A sum of Rs. 6800/- transferred from my bank account to INB One97 Communictions Limi on 24/12/2016 vide ref. No.order number 2454188843 and 2454145954. on account of adding money to paytm account. The said that it is failed as informed by Paytm.

You are, therefore requested to refund the amount of Rs. 6800/- back into the my bank account at the earliest. This may be treated as most urgent.
