Sir,
On the date 24.3.2016, I was purchased a foot mate of Rs.318/- from shopclues after conform that the article will be shipped to my residence and I also paid the same amount by my sbi debit card.But in the meantime shopclues infomed me on dt.25.3.16 that, item should not delivered to your adress due to courier company not reachable to your location. After over the scheduled date(2 or 3 working dates)given by store I was lodged a compliant to shopclues store by mail on dt.1.4.16.The store again rexation to me that the amount should be refunded with in 6.4.16. But till date Shopclues neither refunding my money nor respond my mail.In this regard, I may please be associate to refund my money.
