On 30th April 2017 made a transfer of rs 10000 from yes bank to beneficiary idfcbank. transaction id is 7387255418. However the amount got credited to my Hdfc bank. The company is not responding to this query and remains silent

    i had transfered 2000rs from chiller app to an account.which is debited from my account transaction id is 7645579090.but the benificary accout has not been credited yet. i need revesal of that money to my account.i had already sent mail regarding this.but there is no response from you side.kindly take necessary action.my mobile number is 7708873195
