I purchased LED TV and Soundbar from the shop at Rs. 68500/- at 12 months interest free EMI on 20th Dec 2019. The EMI amount is 6215/- and dealer said that interest will be returned in the form of cashback within 3 months. Interest amount is 4712/- which should have have been released by merchant/manufacturer by 20th Jan 2020. I have not received cashback till date. I have called dealer at least 10 times and have visited his store thrice but he is not providing cash back. He is not receiving calls and trying to avoid my questions regarding cash back and asking me to wait. I am getting mentally harassed because of this.
