Complaint against Byju learning for outstanding refund of approx 30,000

Hi,
I have taken 1 year subscription worth RS 32,000( approx) from Byju learning for my daughter in end of August 2019.
It had 15 days trial period and I initiated the request for return and refund in given period.
When I shared my Hdfc bank details for refund.Instead of 14 digits account number ,I shared 13 digits account number.
Byju communicated to me on Oct 3rd that money has been refund to my account. I never received the amount and after calling/ follow up.
I provided my bank statement for month of sep and Oct which clearly display no amount was credited to it.
After several follow-up it was caught that account number is incorrect.
So, I approached my nearest Hdfcbank in sector 46 Gurgaon.
They confirmed that since the account provided is invalid (13 digits).
So, it should never credited to any Hdfc account.
I reached ICICI Bank and they refused to share any information with transaction I'd considering it's a Cms type transaction.
I reached back to Byju in Nov with all details and asked for further help.
They were not cooperative, no response to email or customer care.And if they responded they just said Neft successful.
I asked him to show his bank details from the time my transaction initiated till today.They refused.
My ticket is still open with them and no one looking at it.

Please help to get my money back from byju.
