Cash back complaion against shopping from snapdeal

i had made shopping from snapdeal from 6-11-2015. rupees 17934/- and on that day snapdeal has offer for 10 % cash back on hdfc credit/debit card . and i am eligible for the same. due date for cash back is 6-1-2016 . but till now 11-4-16. i have not received my cash back i have shared my bank statement 50 times and sent an emails 100 times and call them infinite times but neither they gave my money nor give my any resolution kindly do someting or guide me how can i recover my money from them
