I have paid my electricity bill through wbsedcl mob app.paytm is there payment gate way.my amount is debited by paytm from my bank account but wbsedcl says they have not received(payment failed).i have inform crcl cell of wbsedcl but they inform me through email that i have to inform paytm,i cant understand why ,as payment gate way is their not my.payment date-22.11.2017.wbsedcl consumer id 100717264.pls save me from such type of froude transaction.

    I had paid electricity bill of WBSEDCL through WBSEDCL portal using Paytm payment gateway but payment failed. My Paytm link bank account got deducted and money didn't credit back on my account. Can anybody help me.
