Auto renewal and money deduction without giving prior knowledge and now giving no refund.

I have a complaint number SR673971614 with ICICI bank which sponsors credit card protection company one assist pvt. ltd. I used One assist card protection plan for previous year ending in march, 2020..This year my one year subscription was renewed without even telling me and hence 1399 rs got deducted from my credit card. I talked to the customer care representative at one assist and they said we can not do anything about it as it is our policy that we tell the customer in advance about the auto renewal and then deduction is made.He also said that there is no refund after that.But I was not given any prior intimation by email or post. So, I stand harassed. I need help regarding my full refund asap. Really disappointed in one assist customer care. My ICICI bank account number is 007101565402. My name is Kudrat Sharma.

I just not want my refund but more because of the my time wastage.
