respected sir...i am a postpaid user last 15days my postpaid bill increasing rapidly from 41rs to today 448rs i called at customercare they told me that wait till bill generate...and also mailed them three time but they are not responding...also they saying we cant help u have to pay this money when you port your number...this is human right violation how i would pay that rediculous amount that is not payble...i mailed to TRAI also but no response...how i can port my number i am feeling helpless and under pressure such a worse company please solve my issue.i have faith on jago grahak jago..
