why passport seva Amritsar is calling me to come in person as all the conditions are fullfilled.

My name is Deepak Kumar and i have applied for a new passport from Firozpur
My old passport number is 208228
Issued date of old passport 4-3-1993
Expiry date for old passport 30-3-2003
My file no AS06C4003087420

I was wondering why my passport status is still under reviewed and not being processed properly. Moreover, why Passport’s office in Amritsar is calling me to come in person in the office to clear requests in person.
I have submitted each and every single document in Firozpur including my old passport and all important documents. Although all the requirements are completely full-filled but still they want me to visit their office.

I’m a really sensitive heart and psychiatric patient. My doctors donot allow me to travel long distances and crowded places. Because of my anxiety i am unable to come in person.

I am ready to submit any additional document if you want to ask for my passport and even though my requirements are clear my status is still in not getting passed.

Please do something to sort out this situation that’s my really urgent and kind request to you
