Passport Complaint Complaint Date: September 26, 2022
I have been trying to update my passport since this month. I have been to the passport office 3 times till now, the third time i went i cleared both A, B zone without any issue. In C zone I am being harrassed by the passport office official for having the wrong document, according to her. When I consulted the B zone officials even they dint know what's wrong with my document, how inefficient can one be.
I have been made to wait 3 hours, to go into granting zone, get yelled by the official for simply calling my family member to assure my document is right and then be told to schedule again.
