Sir I am Lt Col Vijay Seshan retd officer from Indian Army staying at flat no 43 Building no 3 Mira Society Shankar Seth Road Pune 411037 with my wife as both my son's are in the Indian Army and posted in Ahmednagar and Pathankot on military duty
The above flat was my father in law's flat and now on my wife's sister's name but the electricity bill is still on father's name
I have other documents like Voters card .Ex-servicemen ID card etc bearing this flat address and also Bank account pass books with this flat address as residence proof which was accepted by PSK Pune for reissue of my wife's and my passport but The Police officer is insisting on rent receipt / electricity bill of the address for Police Clearance .Sisterin law's are in USA and due to COVivid as our house in UNDRI is far we are staying here after taking permission from sister in law's kindly advice what we should do vijay seshan 19/6/2021
