Unable to contact RPO Gaziabad for my NORI application

Passport Complaint Complaint Date: December 15, 2015

I sent my NORI application to RPO Dehradun where my passport was issued. From there is was forwarded to RPO Gaziabad since my home address falls in its jurisdiction. It has been over 2 months but I have not received any update from RPO Gaziabad. Neither I am able to contact them over phone or emails becuase no one responds to either. I have been trying several times but it is unattended. I am not even sure that my important documents have even been received at Gazibad what to say about being processed. 


Kindly let me know if there is a way to get to RPO gaziabad., I am currently not in India otherwise I would have personally travelled to Gaziabad to enquire about its status.
