For not getting my passport, It's been 4 months and above still i didn't recived

It's been 4 months and above still i didn't recived my passport despite i have summitted all my docoments not once but tries i have given money how much they asked how many time they asked but still i didn't recieved my passport nor it information can anyone please help me for getting my passport or it information
