South east movers & packers doing cheating wih me

I have choose service of south eastern cargo movers and packers for shifting of 1bhk household items from Mumbai to Goa. Only showing professionalism (Giving estimate and quotation) and followup before order. Taking 3 % (3000rs )extra on tataly value of my material for insurance ,but till date no insaurance copy received .
First of all they promising me 24 hours delivery but Shocked to see how unprofessional and harassing this south eastern cargo movers and packers are. They picked up material from Mumbai for Goa on 11th February 2017 and received on 15th february 2017. I had called him for asking why you not delivering my material, he said when chaque is clear then only we will deliver ur material other wise make e payment until and unless forget your material, I said Mr.chirag I will launch police complain ,M r.chirag said I don’t care . I had make rtgs and make his payment after that Unprofessionally I have received my delivery after 5 days with broken Metal Almirah and 2 box missing . There is no proper handling in few things due to that damaged rs. 14000/-, damaged refrigerator’s rs 13000 . I was trying to call9321347476 , 8879869666, 7303020026,9920016600,9321330008 all the number of south east movers & packers but they are not receiving my calls.This is the biggest fraud I have seen. In last all these days they never called back to update the status. I have been calling them 30-40 times in a day but no solution.
There was no co-operation on additional work after request. After complaining to sales person no action from their end. I have tried to attach photographs of damaged items but due to size constraint couldn't attached photos. Mr. Chirag, Mr. Pradip Sharma, Mr. Mohan Sharma recover the lose which i have faced.
Now the only way for me is to go on Social media, media and to police to get this fixed.
