Parcel Damaged and I incurred loss

On 16/06/2020 I've sent a parcel to Bangalore from Sirsi with a good box packing but they mishandled it completely damaging the packing which had live fishes one of a precious fish died in transportation and even they took 50rs extra to give box apart from 80rs which was the transportation cost
