House Hold Goods booked from New Delhi to Ranchi (Jharkhand) on 18/8/2018. All the goods were insured. I Received some damaged parcel such as a Glass of Centre table, RO machine,and plastic chairs. As i talked with Mr Amit Sharma regarding the damaged goods. He assured me that all goods are insured so claim will be done. But still i did not received any reimbursement amount from him or the company. Thanks
