I availed their relocation service for 2BHK material movement from Moshi to Jamshedpur. Very disappointed with the service.
Following problems I have faced :
1. They don't deliver the material as per the promise date.
2. They don't respond to your calls/messages and doesn't even give correct status of your delivery.
3. They will charge you for insurance assurance you will get benefit if anything goes wrong with your materials but they don't give any insurance document proof. I doubt whether they do the insurance or not but will take money from you.
4. They will ask for full payment before the material is unloaded at the delivery location, if not paid they will not do the unloading.
5. Packing and material handling quality is very poor. All my furniture like beds, almirah, table and tv got damaged. They loaded the material along with company going material in a truck to save money.
6. When you will find your material got damaged and ask for insurance claim they will not respond properly. I have spent a lot of money in repairing the materials but now they are not confirming the claim properly.
7. They only send the driver, so for unloading and other work you will have to follow up a lot.
I am now only following up with them for insurance claim but no proper response I am receiving, it's already more than 1 month now.
I took insurance coverage of Rs 1.5 Lacs and paid Rs 4500 for that but now they are not even settling the claim for repair of my goods.
