I have dispatched my household items including my bike and fridge on 26.11.2021 from Jaipur to Kolkata initially by DRS(Dilip Roadlines Ltd) Later it was planned that all 16 boxes including my bike and fridge will have to be shifted to Jamshedpur. Last week it was confirmed that all items has been received in your Kolkata warehouse and again I made 100% advance. But, today at the time of delivery I am being said that only 14 items has been sent from kolkata, bike and fridge has not yet reached Jamshedpur because it has not yet reached Kolkata from Jaipur. Now they have stopped receiving my calls and I am feeling helpless as it will be difficult for me to manage my conveyance and fooding in absence of these two items. Kolkata team of DRS also cheated me as they have charged for bike and fridge transportation and 3% insurance also which was already missing in the consignment.
