I have been trying for about fifteen days to get information from your departments and customer care for the booking of complete car train going to Shimla from Kalkaji . I am so sorry to say that the staff you are having with Indian Railway is so inefficient to provide any information at all. It is a shame to Indian Railway to do business that is why all the time Indian Railway is in Loss.I spoke to Mr Subid on 011-3934-0000 number he even do not have any information even how many people can travel in complete car. I got one wedding to plan for November 2015 and trying to get information from your webs it looks like the web for railway is designed by a ten year old boy bot at all any profession and it is shame to you and your Indian railway.

Can you send me any contact number which do realy work and where anyone can get this information or shell I just forget.
