The below are the two complaints

A. The Honda Connect device was purchased from Harmony Honda and the device was faulty. New device was replaced by them but the same was faulty again from the date of purchase. After third device was installed it worked fine but the device was coming with 1 month trial period and that period was exhausted in this exercise and now they are not extending trial period.

B. The car was given for service to Harmony Honda Chandigarh and was received with scratch. The same was informed to the concerned and they assured that the equivalent amount of Rs 3500 will be adjusted in the coming services of the car but now they are denying for this and Dealership is not cooperating and misbehaving with me during visits.
