My name is Arvind Kumar and The person who talked to me from the company "Uniway Cargo Packer & Movers" was Vicky Dahiya(09311047766) And I believe they run another company by name "Upgrade Cargo Packer & Movers" This has happened to me recently (5th Feb - 18th Feb 2021). I had to move my Activa bike from Noida to Utaraula, Balrampur. they quoted 2500/ for everything no other charges and if anything happens to the bike then they will bear the charges and the bike will be delivered in 3-4 days.It was also agreed that the payment will be done when the bike is reached at the destination city. It sounded fair to me and I agreed they picked the bike from my place. Now THEY STARTED THEIR DIRTY GAME, the other day they sent me the bill of INR 8378.00/ which is almost 3-3.5 times they had quoted me earlier. I begged them not to charge such a huge amount but who listens now. I asked them to return the bike to my place, they said to pay the charges and take the bike. Now you see the dirty game they have hold of my INR 75000.00/ bike and forcing me to pay the amount they want. I had no other option but to pay. Then I got the tracking number of my bike which was being transported through the Delhivery company. After 3-4 days, I got the call from Delhivery, Utaraula to pay the INR 2497.00/ and take the delivery of Activa. I was shocked and couldn't think what to do. Then I called Vicky and asked him to clear the payment with Delhivery, he said there is some confusion and will be cleared soon and this took him 2 more days but still no response from Vicky, In the end, he asked me to pay INR 2497.00/ to Delhivery and that will be refunded in 48 Hours, I had no other option but to pay. After 3 days I called him, he didn't pick the call not replied to the Whatsapp messages. I am lucky to have my bike which I feared is gone to this fraud. The final story is he quoted me INR 2500.00/ in 3-4 days to deliver the bike, I paid INR 10500.00/ to get my bike in 9-10 days. And apart from these, you can't imagine how much mental pressure I have gone through during these days and even now when I think of this situation. I have all the call recording and document proofs with me. Please note that I have tried to reach on official company mail id to get the issue resolved but after multiple reminders, no one is responding to my mails Please take strict against this fraud company which cheats the people.
