DEAR SIR, I HAD BOOKED UNIWAY CARGO PACKERS & MOVERS FOR MY BIKE TRANSPORTATION DELHI TO GORAKHPUR (U.P.) BY REFERENCE OF MOVEMYCAR.IN/LOGISTICMART.COM. I HAVE RECEIVE A CALL ON DT- 03-JUNE-2018 FROM 9312329898, AND AFTER NEGOTIATION HE AGREE TO DELIVERY DOOR TO DOOR (WITHIN 3DAYS) IN Rs.2500/-. I BOOKED FOR PICKUP OF MY BIKE ON DT-06.06.2018, AND A PERSON (HIMANSHU) CAME TO ME FOR BIKE PICKUP, BUT HE DIDN'T GIVE ANY RECEIVING BUT PROMISE TO SEND ON MY EMAIL/WHATSAPP WITH INVOICE. FROM THAT DAY I ALWAYS TRY TO CONTACT THEM BUT THEIR CELL PHONE WAS ALWAYS GOT ENGAGE WHEN THE PICKED MY PHONE I ASKED THESE TO PERSON FOR INVOICE & DELIVERY TIME OF MY BIKE AT DESTINATION, THEY ALWAYS SAID JUST GIVE ME 5 MINUT I AM SENDING ON WHATS APP. TODAY 13.06.2018 I RECEIVED AN INVOICE WHICH IS CHARGES RS.4864/- WHEN I ASKED FOR WHY THEY CHARGING EXTRA MONEY THEY REPLIED THAT THESE ARE TRANSPORTAION CHARGES, INSURANCE, GST.ETC. BUT I REMIND THEM THAT DEAL WAS FINAL IN RS.2500/- SO WHY SHOULD I PAY RS.4864/- THEN HE REPLY IF YOU WANT TO PICK YOUR BIKE TRANSFER AMOUNT IN MY PAYTM a/c OTHER WISE BIKE HOLD AT TRANSPORT.

THE INVOICE THEY PROVIDE DOESN'T MENTION GSTIN NO. ON IT BUT THEY COLLECT 18% GST (RS.504/-) ON IT. GR. NO. NOT MENTION AMOUNT BUT THEY COLLECT DOCKET CHARGE RS.550/-.
INSURANCE CHARGE @3% OF BIKE VALUE RS.660/- BUT NOT PROVIDE ANY INSURANCE CERTIFICATE.


SO I AM VERY DISAPPOINTING AND GOT HEADACHE FROM 3-4 DAYS AS MY BIKE STILL AT THEIR THANSPORT, AND THEY DEMONDING MORE MONEY FOR DELIVERY.
