booked an ola cab( CRN 240592886)

Hello
This is Sandeep(7728862545).and I have booked an Ola cab in Chennai last weak on 11 may ( crn 240592886) . As the company mentioned that they are providing ac cab, they provided me a cab in which ac is not working and also they apply 2.4 * times of standard charges that's what they call peak price for mini class only due to which I have to pay 191 rupees extra qs peak price . After applying such a high charges they sent a cab which is very untidy and also the ac is not working .I had paid a sum of rs.347 just only for 7km.
I already requested my cash back from Ola cab support but haven't recieve a responsible response.
