Agarwal Packers & Movers Ltd - Life threat and non payment against the losses

I moved my household and car from Kolkata to Gurgaon last year May month. I found articles were missing and damaged. Even after following up with the Agarwal packers and movers, didn't get any response from them. Finally, with my own expenses, I repaired the car and other items. In the month of Dec'18 they directly came with few "gundas" in my house and pushed me inside forcefully entered. They threaten me of my life and asked me to immediately pay the bills else they will kill me. I complain against it with Agarwal Packers ceo Sandeep Wadhwa. He told me that this will be addressed and asked me to send the loss details over the mail. Even after this was sent 9 months back no response came. Today Js Ahluwalia called me and asked to clear the outstanding and was very rude in his approach. My loss is of ~52K. Please help me get justice and protect me from the life threat given by the Agarwal packers.
