Dear Sir,
I ordered through Zomato app for the lunch from Burger King today and it was delivered in time too. But my concern is regarding the incomplete order, which was delivered to me. I tried complaining the restaurant (Burger King), who took my call and promised me to deliver the rest of the order, but they didn't do that. Moreover, nobody from Zomato was available to listen to my complaint, neither they provided any number to call upon. I could communicate through their chat option only. Phone lines, available on internet are not responding. This has happened twice to me and i feel it necessary to bring to your notice, so proper action could be taken around the same.
