Utsavsuits.com Shipped different product than what i ordered | now declining to refund my money

I have ordered a ladies suit from utsavsuits.com website. Order Number is US155443839227. When the product was delivered to me it was completely different & low quality suit than what i ordered in Rs 1399. To ensure timely resolution, I immediately raised the concern on the email id shared by this website i.e. cs.utsavsuits@gmail.com mentioning all the required details. I provided the Pics of suit which i received and of the suit which i ordered from their website. I got a response after 2 days mentioning that since the product delivered is not having any damage or defect so returns will not be possible and declined to refund my money. I responded back that i can't accept the product other than what i ordered. Then they stopped replying me. I kept following up on mail and today i got the same response that the product is good, so return will not be possible. I need strict action against such fraud online stores who are cheating consumers and declines to take any action even after providing all the details and evidence.
