I paid rs: 421 to order chicken lollipop and crispy chicken) with green chutney

but, they forgot to sent me green chutney and the chicken lollipop the sent is very poor quality, it's like chicken pokora and chicken was rotten.

My kid has eaten that chicken already before found that rotten one. Now I am asking you if she got sick then who will take the responsibility?

I informed to the restaurant but they were very rude and denied to accept that chicken was rotten. I called the delivery boy and prove in-front of him that it is really. And called to restaurant on the moment and explained, but still they denied.

This is really pathetic, what customer can expect from Zomato, just few fake restaurant and rude behavior.

Please take action against that restaurant and inform me what you acted else I will complein to Consumer forum.
