I ordered a pack of boxers from ekart logistics site on October 31st 2022, when I received the pack of underwear, that too of very poor quality. I want to return that order, we have made many calls to the ekart logistics toll free and customer care numbers and emails also sent to return our order but the call is not connected and emails also showing us that addresses not found. Please accept my return complaint and take the order back from me and return my money back also.
