I ordered a shoes from ajio of price 6000 I received the shoes on 24 august as somehow i tried the shoes that was a bit tight so i thought i will return i returned the product successfully on 29 august everything was done shoes was picked up by the return executive after sometime i didnot got refund from ajio i called the customer care and they said u have returned a non ajio product but i have all the proofs number of delivery executive and also cc tv footage too. Please try to understand i am a student i collaborated my single penny in order to bring that shoes but no please help.
