I ordered one suit worth rs 1400 from her but she snd me another

I txtd her on Facebook but she gave me her WhatsApp number(7507278621) and told me to proceed further order on whatsapp . . I made an online full payment but when i received the product it was altogether different ..i received totally different product from her n when i enquired to her regarding the same she refused to refund and also refused to change the suit....The pic ist is the suit that i ordered from her and second is the one that i received
