WRONG COMMITMENT ON SUBSCRIPTION

I had Subscribed 12months subscription on Medlife on the basis of offers mentioned as follows:
1> I will get 25% discount on 11 deliveries
2> the 12th Delivery will be free of cost
3> I can change the delivery date and address after 3rd delivery is done.

Now based on above condition I asked them to Subscribe the Subscription but on my 7th Deliver when I wanted to change the date of delivery, they denied it and asked me to cancel the subscription as date change and address change is not possible for them.

Due to this lie, I am not able to get my medicine on the date I want since I will be travelling and I need to carry my medicines with me all the time. also if I cancel the subscription I will loose the benefits offered to me.

I need a compensation for the same.
