Complain against wow momos regarding extra charge for the carrying bag with their promotion on it

I ordered chicken fried momos from wow momo via uber eats. Apart from the charge of the food, I was charged an extra ₹10.50 for their bag which contained the food. I am really upset by their unethical way of charging money from customers forcibly just to do their own promotion. The receipt and the photo of the said bag is enclosed below.
Hope some strict actions are taken against them regarding this.

    I ordered Mojito from wow Momo new Delhi railway station in menu card it was 114 they charged 125 and when I asked for the bill they said your bill will come through msg and I didn't received any bill. They were accepting only card payment.
